I don't do much fast food. Before the BFP, I was losing weight on the South Beach Diet. I have tried to continue to eat healthy...except for my addiction to chocolate malts. Plus I live at Food Police HQ!

Too many according to my OB. In the last 2 weeks though I have slowed down and only ate take out once in the last 2 weeks. Probably because I am broke with Christmas and food shopping and whatnot!
Hardly ever, if it is "fast food" its heidi's deli or chinese food. I went to McDonalds for the first time in about a year a few nights ago. I just feel really icky after I eat it so it doesn't happen often. NOW, if they ever bring back my jalapeno cheddar burger at Wendy's we may have an increase in frequency.
In first tri, about 2-3 times a week. Then I got over the "I'm pregnant I can do what I want" mentality and cut way back. Now maybe every 3 weeks I'll go once. But I don't eat much meat now. Not a fan. So if I feel like I'm lacking, I'll go get a burger. Not as good for you as real hamburger or steak or other meat, but at least it's something. Some form of protein that's not peanut butter (which I LOVE).
You can call my baby Big Mac because thats all I want to eat haha...I probably get McDonalds like 2wice a week....its so sad.....might be the reason I gained 11lbs LOL...its so hard though to eat good working 48 hours/week...I just dont feel like cooking!!
I eat McDonalds a couple times a week at least, its really one of the only things that sounds good and stays down - now you have me craving a burger and fries and its still breakfast for another 5 hours
I like to categorize my fast food to make myself feel better. Really junky fast food like McD's and other national burger chains...maybe once a month. I consider those really junky, mostly because I don't crave them Semi-junky food like Pizza (just cheese) and Chipotle about once a week. I'm sure that's too much but Chipotle uses fresh ingrediants, doesn't that make it a better? I just won't tell my doc what I'm eating...
Never. I read Fast Food Nation and won't eat at a fast food place unless there is absolutely no other choice. Occasionally I'll get a craving for McD's french fries, but it's usually overridden by my craving for sweets and chocolates, which I give into far too often.

I haven't had fast food in 3 years, but every time I go to the grocery store I pass a Wendys that is calling my name. Hello spicy chicken and fries, I'm pulling in there soon.

Does this include taco bell and pizza? If so about 2 or 3 times a week. Pizza is my big down fall though. I could eat it every day!

I didnt eat fast food at all before pregnancy.... very rarely...
