Just wondering what your take is on Easter gifts. We do a basket from the easter bunny, which usually includes books, and candy, and maybe some small toys like bubbles etc. From us, we try to do something to play with outside, like this year we got our older two scooters and a new outfit.
I know some people who treat Easter like Christmas and go nuts with gifts! What do you think?

For now, it's a basket with mostly toys from the easter bunny. I imagine this will remain the same in the future so my kids don't get used to getting a ton of candy. I would consider giving

Both? Gifts, but they have to fit in the basket. My baskets growing up always had a couple books, a movie, something else random, and a few pieces of candy.
