Crinone Ladies

Hi ladies,

I know this board has some ladies that are on crinone and who have taken crinone.
I forgot to ask last time when do/did you take crinone in the morning or before sleep? TMI , did you have to take out the white gunk? My RE did not tell me about taking out the gunk.

    I did crinone twice a day, so in the morning and before bed. My RE never mentioned cleaning it out either, but I've seen several posts on message boards about it. Occasionally in the shower I would use my finger to clean it out. Fun times.

    I didn't use Crinone, but did use Endometrin and had a fair bit of white discharge.  I don't think you need to "clean it out."  Your body will take what it needs and the rest will come out as it's ready.  I'm pretty sure there are no vagina

    I do mine in the evening before bed because my dr didn't specify. I also try to "clean it out" every few days. My dr also didn't mention anything about that, but I read some posts and decided to try that. I had no idea it built up so much! Its pretty gros

    I didn't use Crinone, but I know several people that did.  They all did a finger swipe every few days to clean things out.

    TTC started Oct '10
    Me: AMA w/RSD, atypical PCOS w/IR, LPD and High Prolactin. Controlled HP post-loss.
    DH: Low-T and borderline morph
    18 cycles, 3 medicated w/RE to get to a BFP!
    EDD 9/7/12, Saw HB @7w3d,missed m/c 1/30 @8w3d, d&c 2/8
    11 AL cycles, 9 medicated/IUI cycles. All BFFN!
    Moving forward with IVF
    BFP#2 our little cycle break surprise on AL cycle 12! EDD 10/27/13

    I was instructed to take it at the same time everyday. Also, I was told not to "clean out" the left over gel, but you will have discharge and it can fall out in clumps on its own days later.

    I used crinone at night for the first trimester. You'll get white buildup, just use your finger and clean it out in the shower. It's pretty common. GL!
