That would be my concern. Our home is in a buyer's market, so we will rent it. We are moving to a seller's market, where homes sell prior to listing. Savvy real estate people are buying foreclosures, fixing the egregious things wrong

FWIW, I have not used a RF agent, but we just went into escrow on a house we found through RF.
Our agent said it was the most reliable public site she knows of.
