  Oh! I would definitely want to see everyone's faces! The hat is a cute idea or you could just tell them when they walked in like your husband would have done when we went out to tell them.

  Every baby so far we've been Team Green and my husband does love making the phone calls to family and friends right after the delivery...but I've never really gotten to announce it myself and we've never seen anyone's face w

  How about wrapping the baby in a pink or blue blanket for them to see the LO in when they come in?  (You'd have to have one of each on hand, but it's not the end of the world)
