Mother's Milk/ Fenugreek Tea?

Has anyone been drinking this, plan on it or has done so with a previous pregnancy?

  • Wait until after the birth.  Fenugreek stimulates the uterus so it can cause contractions so taking it while pregnant is a no-no, but a lot of breastfeeding mamas swear by it!  The milkmaid tea is great, too (after pregnancy)!  I would drin
