What is everyone carrying?

I have this https://shop.pocampo.com/collections/all/products/armitage-satchel. in waxed canvas. It was perfect. Now I feel like I need to travel with a sippy cup and a snack and we don't have space. We are minimalists but we do cloth and 2 diapers takes up a lot of space in a small bag. I need something DH will carry and I want something stylish. I never carried a purse before DS and I feel so lost.

I need help with this so much! I have a balboa bag right now and it is average size. Now that I always have snacks and sippy cups I feel like it is too full. I don't really want to get a bigger bag though.

We have the fuzzy version of this. It fits all my stuff perfectly and doubles as a toy when we are stuck without one. I have a big box in my car of extra stuff. Im not a carry it with me

Our stroller for DD came with a matching diaper bag so we're using it again with DS. It's not huge, but not small either. It definitely suits our needs. See link below.
