Buying Second Hand

I just found some really great deals on Pennysaver and on Craigslist ($30 each for a crib and a Graco pack n play)! My question is, which items are off limits when buying second-hand? I?ve heard that car seats and breast pumps are no-nos; anything else? Thanks in advance.

I'd go with anything machine washable & as long as the crib is to today's standards. I will NOT ever buy a car seat off CL! I'd only use a used one IF it was a friends or family members that I know I can trust.
