A few questions (AND info about Fertilaid and Clomid)

I know there have been a ton of questions on here recently about Fertilaid and Clomid and at least regarding MFI, my H's Urologist said that he should absolutely NOT take them together... so, there's that.

Also, H had a blood test a few days ago to check his hormones now that he has been taking Clomid for a month to make sure everything looks good, and his Testosterone went up about 200. It was always in the normal range, and now it's still normal, but a little higher than it was. His low sperm count is due to undescended testes as a child, but the doc is hoping that the Clomid will help to raise his sperm count and quality a bit. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm a bit optimistic that it is doing SOMETHING to help if it has raised his Testosterone, but I'm not sure if that's actually related to sperm count. Any insight?

IVF #1 October 2013 Antagonistic Protocol with ICSI  ER 10/31/13 (18R 16M 11F- 6 blasts to freeze)
ET delayed due to OHSS 
FET scheduled for July 8. Delayed due to a crazy high TSH (it had been under control for YEARS!)
FET #1 8/5/14 sET BFN

    you will get more responses if you make your embryo adoption question separate... there are some ladies on here who are doing embryo adoption or "snowflake" babies as they are sometimes known...

    Me:36 DH:38 TTC#1 since 4/2012
    Me DX: Hashimotos,Hypothyroid, DOR, MTHFR,  DH: normal

     IUI #1-#4 BFNs and a few cancelled cycles in the mix.
    - poor responder
    ***Suprise BFP on 6/13/13. Natural MC @6wks 3days
    IVF#1 and 2- Cancelled due to no response on max stimms
    FET 5/20- BFP
    1st Beta- 641
    2nd beta- 2166
    Sono- TWINS!!!!
    Two Boys! Born January 2015 @36 weeks.  Healthy and no NICU!  So blessed!

    I can't offer any help on your other questions but my DH took clomid to try to increase his sperm count. It didn't work for him but I've heard of some men having success with it. The urologist said they can't guess who it will help but that it's worth a s

    IUI #1: 11/5/12 BFN
    December IUI cancelled due to cyst
    IUI #2: 1/8/13 BFN

    IVF in April 2013 transferred one beautiful blast on 4/13

    Kat- he started the Clomid Mid February, so it will be a week over 3 months.

    My DH's history is mostly in our siggy.  We did Clomid and HCG injections and both failed.

    My H has been on Clomid for a little over 4 months now and it has helped. His first SA showed complete azoospermia and our urologist told us to get on an adoption vs. donor sperm list. Fortunately, we found an RE who put him on Clomid which has gotten h

    PS Thanks for the heads up about Clomid Fertilaid! We started that ourselves about a month ago and haven't mentioned it to our RE... Looks like ill be calling them Monday morning now!

    My DH did take clomid is raise his count. His count was due to low test. We were successful after 2 IUIs and my DS is now 20 months.

    Dh is back on it again. I didn't have him do a repeat SA but we did an IUI last week and the sample had over
    Diagnosed MFI- low sperm count  
    DS-Born 7/27/11 After 2 years of IF we have our little man
    TTC#2 January 2013
    11 Medicated cycles gave us
    B/G Twins born 10/8/14 @ 32 weeks

    I wrote to the company about taking fertilaid with clomid and the manufacturer said it is safe. I also asked my urologist and he said its fine to take since it is a multivitamin.
