Gender Stats

I just checked out the blog and saw that the current stats are:

Team Blue: 118

Team Pink: 137

Team Purple: 8

Team Green: 56

It would be fun to see how things pan out after many of the April moms have their LOs. IRL, I would say 80-90% of the women I know who are pregnant or just delivered are having boys. In my son's playgroup alone, there have been 10 pregnancies in round 2 (all second children) and all are boys so far. Anyone else noticing a trend IRL? It started to seem uncanny when the 7th mama found out she was having a boy but now it just seems ridiculous. I'm glad to see that the stats on this board are much closer to 50/50.

I have three friends who just had baby girls (I'm having a girl) so that was kind of weird. I have another friend who just announced that she's having a boy (she went to an elective u/s place) but she's only 13 weeks so I'm kind of side-eying that o

At our pregnancy class almost all of us were having girls.. there were 10 couples there including us.. 6 were having girls, 2 were having boys, and 2 are team green. The lady teaching the course was happy there were so many girls because the weekend

I know 6 people that are currently pregnant and 5 (including me) are having girls! Lol everywhere I look here its girls, girls, girls!

I'm my circle it's the same as yours. Everyone is having a boy. There has only been one girl, and the joke is she has so many boyfriends already.

We are Team Green and it seems about half and half around me 3 girls 2 boys. So I guess we will find out which side we are on next Friday!! Woohoo!! I'm starting to get anxious

My sisters (2) and I all had girls in 2009 with in 5 months of each other. Last year both my sisters had boys with in 3 weeks of each other. DH is therefore convinced this one is a boy but we shall see.
