She just screams at me...

My LO will be 4 weeks on Monday and all day yesterday and last night she has started crying and screaming all the time. She attacks my breast and pulls off, then if I burp her she screams, if I try to Di anything with her besides feed her she screams. She is either sleeping, eating or screaming. I don't know what I'm doing wrong all of a sudden, but we are both miserable and I'm losing my mind

    Do you have an exercise ball? If so, try holding her and bouncing On it. I take a mommy and me type class and they taught us that and it works like magic to calm them!

    Swaddle her and say shhhhhh really loud.  Hold her stomach against yours and swing her back and forth with her head supported.  My LO has gone into a trance when I do that.  Those techniques are from the Happiest Baby on the Block.

    When DD does that, she has some severe gas. I lay her across my legs on her tummy and rub/pat her back. It usually goes away when she lets the gas out...

    Mine does this too, but it's getting better. We usually rub her tummy or bicycle her legs to help with the gas. If that doesn't work, try gripe water or mylicon gas drops. She might be getting to a growth spurt too and is more hungry. The frequent nursing
