Hurt my back ugh

So last Friday I was getting out of bed to feed DS. Well I pinched something in my back and it has gotten worse as the week has gone on. So here I sit on the couch with a hot pad on my back. I am going to a chiropractor tomorrow, I would have gone sooner but my chirp actor is on vacation, so I am trying out a new one....and I have a cram packed day tomorrow and I am dreading it. Not to mention it has been hard to take care of DS today.
