Gas pains?

I was wondering if anyone else has had horrific gas pains after c section?  It hurts so badly in the center of my chest about half way down my rib cage.  My doctor isn't concerned with this at all.  She told me the surgery can cause this and it will go away on its own eventually. My daughter is over a year old now and I still battle these pains from time to time.

i should also clarify that I get the pains when I eat or drink.  It can be anything - even water.  The pains last sometimes 30 minutes and I have to walk the whole time or they are unbearable.   

anyone experience this?  Thank you!

    I had gas pains from surgery but that lasted only 3 weeks or so. Do you think you could have gallbladder issues? It can common during and after pregnancy and it tends to happen after eating.

    i had horrible gas pains right after the section but nothing since. i'd go see a gastroenterologist.
