holy constipation!

I was constipated ONCE with my first pregnancy! This time it is terrible! I drink tons of water, I have a 70oz jug at work, but I have also been taking vitamin D because Dr. says I have been low. Well, I just read vitamin can cause constipation...great! All, I am saying is I wouldn't wish this on anyone

I drink a cup of coffee if I'm in pain from being too constipated. It usually does the trick.

I was constipated my whole first pregnancy. When I first got my BFP I bought Tylenol and Colace and have not had to open the Colace. So nice. I think my Omega 3 gummies really help.

such an awful feeling. my first two pregnancies were ok, this one not so much, plus taking iron supplements... blah.

I was the same, but then I started eating salads at lunch and it helped a bit.

I hear ya..tried coffee,, spinach, water... Dr recommended Metamucil.so I'll see if that does the trick.
