Baby Carrier Suggestions?

I am trying to figure out which baby carrier is the best. I am looking for something easy to use and hopefully where a baby can fit facing in, out, or possibly on the back. Does anyone know of a good one?

I went to a local store that let me try on each of the carriers with DD. It made a big difference!

Facing out generally doesn't allowing for good positioning of baby.

BWing can definitely be a very mom/baby specific thing. Do you have a place where you could try out some carriers? Local store or BWing group?

Loved our Moby for the first 5ish months and then we switched to the Ergo and loved that as well.

I'm a FTM, but after ridiculous amounts of research on these, I'm going with the Beco Gemini. I like that we can use it with an infant without any inserts and that it appears to stay comfortable even when worn for long periods of time.
