Deoderant Chemicals

So, what's the story with using deodorants/antiperspirants while BF'ng? I've heard that most contain harmful substances for baby and I should stop immediately. I've also heard that that's ridiculous. What do you use if you don't use deoderant? I'm a personal trainer- therefore sweating all the time- I kinda need to use it, but would forego it if its necessary...

    Deodorant is fine while BFing.

    I know people who switch to more natural ones. I'm fine with just my usual one.

    I don't use antiperspirant ever. I use Arm & Hammer deodorant (whatever their "natural" stuff is officially called) pregnant, breastfeeding, or not.

    I like the all natural deodorant from a shop on etsy.com called Mother Zen. I would put the link but I'm bumping from my phone but you can do a search.

    I think it depends how natural your trying to go, it's seems silly to stop using deodorant but to continue to use chemicals to clean your house and lo's things. Or to use chemical baby wash.
