Pregnancy brain almost cost me my job today

Ugh - I accidentally sent out an email with the wrong attachment on it to customers and it contained extremely confidential information.  I seriously thought I was done for.  My boss handled it pretty well but we had to call in the lawyers to send out a big legal email about it.  Very embarrassing.
