Thank you cards

For our wedding we took a picture with Thank You signs and then printed them out at walmart to mail. Can I do something similar with a maternity picture (will not be personalized unless adding a hand written note) or should I just get thank cards and personalize each thank you? Or am I just overthinking it and it doesn't really matter?

    You can get those but you HAVE to add a handwritten personalized note - anyone I've heard of hates the thank you picture by itself thing.

    That almost reads like you didn't send hand-written thank-you notes after your wedding.  I really hope that wasn't the case - but even if it was, don't make the same mistake again.  And a cute belly shot (clothed) is fine as an add-in to a writt

    What PP said.  For my wedding and bridal shower I spent a lot of time writing a personally thank you to every person. (had about 125 at my wedding)  My cousin got married 4 weeks after I did and she sent out a generic "Thank you for all your sup

    If someone takes the time to pick out, pay for, wrap, and deliver a gift for you the least you can do is write a note in your own handwriting expressing your gratitude.
