I wanted to pack a "Labor kit" in my hospital bag, with items that might be useful during labor. In childbirth classes, they told us a tennis ball on your lower back can help with back labor, I also have a palm-sized massager and a stress relief squishy ball. I've heard some women say they couldn't stand being touched while they were in labor, so I might not use these items but I thought it might be better to have them just in case.
Any other ideas? Any items you plan to use during labor? STMs, items you used (or wish you had) in your experience?
