LO sleeping through night in crib

My DH and I are going to try and get our DD back into her crib to sleep at night since she hasn't slept much in it since having bad congestion in her nose. She is crawling now and can go from crawling to sitting herself up on her butt. She is almost 8 months old.

Has anyone had any problems with their babies sleeping through the night in their crib without waking up for a mere minute and sitting themselves up and not go back to sleep? I am probably worrying about nothing but when I put her down for a nap yesterday in her crib...I laid her down and she partially woke up and rolled around then sat herself up and was awake. I just hope this doesn't happen tonight when we try and get her back into her crib.

Any advice or thoughts?

    It is a phase. They just learned how to do something really cool, so they want to do it constantly. Same as when they learn to pull to standing in the crib. You just have to let them get it out of their system. It sucks, but it is what it is.
