s/o baby positions

Did any of you have luck using spinning babies to get your Baby B to flip?  A is head down and right on my cervix, so I'm pretty sure she's not going anywhere.  B is currently breech, but flips between breech and transverse.  I have been told I can try for a vaginal delivery as long as the doctor on call is ok doing a breech extraction.  Wondering if I can just avoid this and try to help B flip on my own.

    Yes, do spinning babies! Your B has room, since he/she changes positions all the time, so there's a lot of hope. My B flipped from vertex to breech constantly, even up to the day of delivery.
