Heart is Racing

in 2nd Trimester
Anyone else really feeling their heart rate increase? For the last day, I can feel my heart beating in my chest stronger than normal. Took my pulse and it's in the normal range, but it feels funny. Kind of reminds me of the old Stacker 2 diet pills that would make your heart race.

Called the doctor yesterday and the nurse wasn't overly concerned. Just wondering if anyone else has felt this, too.

    It's normal.  Some experience it, some don't.  Mine is always racing.  It has to do with your heart pumping more blood now.

    totally normal - at first it freaked me out but then I realized its OK.  Just take some deep breathes and try to relax when you feel it racing..that usually helps me bring it down a bit & calm myself.

    You feel like you can feel it pulsing in your ears, sinuses in the head and various parts of your body, right? It has to do with increased blood flow and how your body responds. You might also need to eat/drink a bit. I find that if I am dehydrated or
