Teen tv show in the 90s-2000s?

Does anyone remember a tv show about a blonde high school (or junior high?) kid who was always getting into/out of trouble? I'm trying to remember the name of that kid/guy (probably in is early 30s now). He's a really good actor, been in a couple movies that I can't think of, one is a pretty recent drama. First name might be Ben?
I've spent the last 30 minutes trying. To figure this out and I'm hoping you ladies can help. I had a super hot dream about him last night and I don't like sleeping with people and not knowing their name

The tv show was a comedy. I can't remember the network. I didn't watch the show very much, but if it happened to be on when I was flipping channelsI always stopped because I thought he was so cute.
