I've always done pretty hard core workouts and now that I'm pregnant id like to tone it down a bit and do some more appropriate workouts but the prenatal yoga DVDs ive tried aren't challenging at all. Does anyone have suggestions as far as DVDs? I'm 10 weeks along.

At 10 weeks, you should be able to do most if not all of the exercises you did before you got pregnant. Just avoid anything with a risk of falling ie. downhill skiing. After 20 weeks, you will have to avoid anything thati involves lying on
