After 38 weeks, I slammed right into that pregnancy wall I'd heard about, and any and all attempts to make dinners that required more complicated steps beyond preheating the oven or pushing "start" on the microwave went out the window.
Tonight, however, a sudden burst of energy got me up and in the kitchen, and now I have jambalaya simmering on the stove. This will probably be the last time I actually cook something from scratch, so I definitely intend to savor this meal (and because I was smart and doubled the recipe, we'll have leftovers around in case Baby does come this week)!
How's everyone else doing on feeding themselves and their families? Still cooking, or have you switched to easier/deliverable fare? Anyone make DH/SO do the cooking? And hey, even if you never cooked to begin with, feel free to come in and talk about it; food is always good to talk about.

Yup, "cooking" for me is now making packaged stove-top Asian noodles and throwing in some frozen veggies. That is gourmet.
