Hey Ladies
I think my son is teething. My four brothers and I all had 2 teeth by 3 months, my mom just told me today. DS has two white bumps on the bottom gums and he has been super cranky all day!!! He is drooling a ton and eating his hand but no fever. He keeps pushing his little tongue against his bottom gums.
But he is also 11 1/2 weeks so I don't know if it is a leap, teething, or a growth spurt. He is a STTN baby and he has woken up in the middle of the night for the past two nights! When I say cranky I mean a monster! lol! I still love him but I was wondering if anyone else has been going through this and if so, what can you do to help him? How long does it last???

FTM here--my LO is doing the same thing.
Per our pedi, we have him on a loose Tylenol regimen. 2.5 mLs every 4 hours (approximately). I don't wake him up for it if he's sleeping and if he's having a good day we don't give to him
I don't think the timing of when a baby gets teeth is hereditary...my husband and I didn't even start teething until later/normal. DS started teething when he was 2.5 months old.
As for the white spots on the gums, I thought they were teeth
We're trying an amber teething necklace on advice from a couple friends. Not sure if its working yet, as DD does seem to be in pain sometimes, but it seems less frequent than before she had the necklace so maybe its helping?
I use tylenol or tee
