The past few weeks I've been super thirsty and can really notice my body reacting differently to salty foods. I do try to limit my salt intake, but occassionally eat fries or something fried - & then it's like an overload - like my body can't process it & I feel 'salted out' until the next day.. Lately in the morning I feel like I'm drinking mass amounts of water too (after having a cup of coffee). I'm going to the glucose screening next week & honestly I'm a bit worried... Anyone else have similar issues with salt??
