I stopped wearing my belly button ring awhile ago but I hate the way the hole looks because it had torn and healed and the scar tissue pushed the ring out. I got it redone after the old one healed and you can't see the scar if I have jewelry in it. I am hoping to be in a 2 piece bathing suit this summer. Are belly button rings silly and dated? Does anyone on here still wear theirs? Am I going to look trashtastic in it? Should I get a dolphin tattoo and tribal tramp stamp to balance out the look if I put it back in?

I took mine out several years ago. It looked way cooler peeking out of my baby t's, so I opted to take it out. I still have my nose ring in and have been deciding whether to take that out too. I've had it in for 10 years now.
