OT: ? about photos/videos on iphone 5

I have an iPhone 5 and I am wondering what is the best website and/or app to get your photos and videos on for free. I am not good with this kind of thing so I am also wondering how exactly you get the photos and videos on the site and/or app?   TIA!

 

edit:   Also why it seems like only some of the photos I take show up on my photo stream, and none of my videos show up on there?
