Freezer Meals?

Are you planning to make meals ahead of time and freeze them for easy dinner planning when the baby first arrives? If so, what are you making?

I am making mac and cheese, manicotti, and tator tot casserole (yes the ultimate white trash food!). I also bought a bunch of meat (steaks, pork chops, chicken legs and thighs) and have frozen them in single meal portions for the hubby and I. Lastly, I'm making a batch of breakfast burritos for my husband's lunch's since I usually make his lunch and he is likely going to have to fend for himself for awhile.

I have never had great luck with freezer meals, so ours will be three each of: lasagna, enchilada lasagna and meatloaf with twice baked potatoes. MH is the cook around here, so I'm not stressing too much over this. It's more of an activity to keep us busy

I did lasagnas, chicken pot pie, broccoli chicken braid, pasta dish and hit up Costco for frozen chicken breasts and some sandwiches.
