I posed this in the thread below about sex but I feel I should share it for more people to see:
I have been KILLING myself walking every night, having contractions while walking and being beyond exhausted afterwards all for my doctor to tell me walking will not put you into labor. If you are in labor already it will help speed it up but it does nothing for you while you are dilated or just close to your due date.
It was like a dagger through my heart since I had been making such an effort to walk every night the past 5 weeks
So all you mamas walking like I was - go home, put your feet up and relax. I know I am done walking thats for sure
