Hey mamas, at yesterday's 37 week appointment my midwife palpated baby girl and said that she is head down, face up and unless I could get her to flip to face down by pushing on my belly and using gravity (etc.) I was headed for back labour. I'm doing all I can physically to encourage her to roll over but I'm wondering if any S+TMs experienced back labour and did you find anything that helped with the pain or with your L/D? Or, if there are mamas out there that have successfully turned their LO around, I'd love to hear from you too! TIA!
