Ground turkey recipes?

I like the idea of cooking with ground turkey, but am at a loss for how to use it. The only thing I make with it is meatloaf and it's not that great. IDEAS??

    I use it to make tacos. I add a packet of lawry's taco seasoning.

    I also make sloppy joes with it. Cook the meat with a 1/4 c. chopped onion until no longer pink. Add in 1/2 c. ketchup, 1/4 c. bbq sauce, 1 T. vinegar, 1 T. mustard and 1.5 tsp. W

  • I use it in anything that calls for ground beef. Tacos, spaghetti, lasagna, calzones, chili, etc.  With my meatloaf, I use half ground turkey and half turkey sausage, I feel like it gives it better flavor.

  • Thanks! I'm afraid to blindly try it in anything that calls for ground beef because turkey is just so bland and my family (ahem, husband) is picky about it. I'm definitely going to try some of these.

  • mostly what you are missing is the fat from the beef - so you can add a little butter or oil to get some fat in there if you need or even chicken broth to add a little depth - but honestly, in most things, I really don't notice much of a diff
