  My ob said no to any, she took me off my iron supplement and said drink prune juice

  I was told colace and senna were okay. I'm doing colace a few times a week.

  I was told Collace and Mirilax. Trust me, you will need both. I bought the 100mg Collace pills and I took two in the morning, every morning and every 2-3 days I would mix a Mirilax drink with my dinner.

  I was encouraged to take Colace. I also drink a cup of apple juice everyday.
