Tips for falling back to sleep

What are your tips for falling back to sleep after nighttime feedings? I EFF so sadly I'm wide awake preparing bottle etc and by the time DD is done, I'm still up for another hour or so. Anyone else have this issue? And what have you done?

  • One thing that helps me is I bring a bottle with water in it plus the formula in one of those dispensers into the bedroom. This way I don't have to leave the bed unless a diaper change is needed. It allows me to stay somewhat drowsy and the less movement

  • I EFF too and have the same problem. I'm so exhausted. It is taking me sometimes up to 3 hours to fall asleep which is when she is waking up again. I can't cut down on the movement because she has to have sterile liquid which comes from the fridge and has

  • We use filtered water. We just put it in the bottle and put the cap on it to keep it clean.

    We cant feed warmed bottles as our boys hate them and it causes our smaller guy to spit up really bad.

  • I EP and our big problem is we live in a two story house.  I bought a second bottle warmer and a cooler for the second floor so I don't have to run up and down the stairs all night.

  • I've tried to minimize everything that could wake me up...she's in our room in the RnP...I change her on the bed in the middle of the night, feed her in bed, even use those super expensive 2 ounce ready to feed bottles at night...feed in the dark etc. lik
