Taking Clomid

When do you take yours?  What time of day?  Just wondering if it matters in lessening side effects at all.
Me (Valine) - 29 PCOS/IR
DH (Isaac)- 28 All clear
Married 7/22/05
TTC since Sept '05
Metformin 1500mg
HSG 1/21/13 All clear!
3/13 - Clomid 50mg, days 5-9+ovidrel+TI = no response, induced AF
4/13 - Clomid 100mg, days 5-9+ovidrel+TI = 1 mature follicle - BFN
5/13 - Clomid 150mg, days 5-9+ovidrel+TI = no response, induced AF
7/13 - Clomid 200mg, days 5-9+ovidrel+TI = no response, induced AF
8/13 - Gonal F+Ganerelix+Ovidrel+TI+progesterone suppositories = BFN
RE break due to major health issues of my MIL
Began clean eating & TTC naturally for now

    I took mine cd 3 to 7 at 8pm. RE suggested nighttime although I don't really get side effects from it until after O.
    TTC since June 2011
    DX: DH (30) severe MFI, severely low count & low motility
    Me (32): all clear
    Appt with Urologist 5/21/12: exam, ultrasound, bloodwork all normal.
    Testicular Biopsy with TESE on 6/8/12. good sperm found! (left side only) froze sperm, failed thaw test :(
    Orientation for IVF/ICSI on 6/13/12. Waiting for the green light following biopsy results...results show adequate sperm production both sides.
    2nd SA 6/18/12: sample is "adequate for ICSI"
    Plan: IVF/ICSI July 2012!
    ER: 7/26/12. 15 eggs retrieved, all mature.
    TESE/TESA/aspiration from epididymis, no motile sperm found :(
    froze all eggs, the saga of praying for good sperm continues.
    8/3/12: 2nd opinion from MFI uro on biopsy slides. Suspects "partial late maturation arrest."
    Plan: more SAs, third biopsy/TESE with frozen back-up either from DH or DS.
    SA 8/17/12: Zero sperm
    SA 8/23/12: Zero sperm
    9/26/12: SPERM FOUND! 15 eggs thawed, 12 survived and were ICSI'd, only 3 fertilized normally. Refrozen as embies and will thaw in Nov. Please survive and grow!
    All 3 survived the thaw on 11/15/12!
    FET 11/17/12: transferred 2, one 4B, one 4C. Beta 11/30:BFFN
    moving on to DS
    DIUI#1 2/18/13,50mg Clomid cd 3-7, Ovidrel trigger, Beta 3/4/13: BFN.
    DIUI#2 3/19/13, 50 mg Clomid cd 3-7, Ovidrel trigger, Beta #1 (14dpiui) 4/2/13: BFP!!!! 150. Beta #2 4/4/13: 420 Beta #3 4/8/13: 2691. Beta #4 4/15/13: 15,086
    1st u/s 4/8/13 shows one gestational sac
    2nd u/s 4/15/13 shows yolk sac, fetal pole and early heartbeat
    3rd u/s 4/25/13: measuring right on track. Heart rate 148 bpm
    A/S 7/22/13: IT'S A BOY!!

    1st cycle I took it at bedtime like I always see recommended on here and it was awful I was constantly awake with intense hot flashes and thetest headaches it gave me were even worse from lack of sleep. 2nd cycle I took it midday and slept a bit better an

    I've done three cycles and took mine at night before bed. The only side effects I ever had was I was a raging biotch at work on day, haha, and then emotional the next. That was during a high stress time at work. Other than that, no real hot flashes or any

    I took mine days 3-7 between 11pm and midnight and had no side effects basically. good luck

    I did days 5 through 9 and took at 10pm, no side effects, but I was only on 50mg.

    I took mine cd3-7 at about 7pm.  I had some hot flashes and campiness but slept okay.  I was a bit of an emotional nutcase though!
    Baby Girl Cbowl born 12/2013.   Love love love.

    I take it cd37. I've taken it in the morning, before bed, and at noon.
    My side effected aren't bad just hit flashes.

    took mine cycle day 5 thru 9, at 10-11 pm. No side effects for me, but around implantation it would 'cramp' the hell outta me. I do not know if these are the late effects of the medication! or if i was actually pregnant since i had 2 CP. Good luck

    I took mine CD5 through CD9 at 10pm.
    TTC w/ pcos since 02/11
    09/12 lap/hysteroscopy =removal of mass on bladder, possible blocked tubes
    12/12 hysteroscopy=tubes clear. uterine septum removed
    01/13 fermara step up + iui=cancelled due to no response
    02/13 clomid step up + iui=cancelled due to no response
    07/13 gonal-f + trigger + b2b iui = bfn
    08/13 bravelle(slow response) switched to menopur + trigger + b2b iui = bfn
    10/13 - IVF#1 w/ ICIS. ER= 10/29/13 (21R 10F 6 blasts made it to freeze)
    11/25/13 - FET #1, transfer 2=bfn
    03/03/14 - FET #2, transfer 2 frosties=BFP! beta#1=22, beta#2=43, beta#3=120. Ectopic Pregnancy 6w5d
    07/31/14 - FET #3, transfer our last two.

    My previous RE always had me take it at 7 PM.
    TTC #1 since May 2006 - We thought we were done in 2010, but we are back again!
    PCOS (anovulatory and amenorrhea) and hypothyroid.
    Currently taking Metformin 1500 MG and Synthroid.
    Prior HSG and DH SAs were clear.
    Feb 2013 - Switched clinics/RE and starting from the beginning again with some modifications.
    Current status: CD 3 appointment showed lining was too thick (11.5 mm). Endometrial biopsy scheduled for CD 11. Next steps will be based on results.
