iron supplement and milk

I got my blood panel results and I'm definitely anemic 9.2 so I'm taking floradix but my question is how long would be a safe amount of time to wait to ingest any dairy? I've got a huge milk craving but calcium can impact iron intake...any suggestions?

    I started taking the same supplement after I found out my Iron was low at the beginning of my pregnancy. Through reading I found out that calcium Interferes with the absorption of Iron. So What I do is take the Floradix straight away letting it be the

    I've added iron rich foods plus the supplement and the Dr who saw me at my 20 wk sonogram wanted to know if my anemia was genetic which it is but my midwives office didn't fax my file to the sonogram office so the discussion was dropped. No issues with co
