I got my van back yesterday, they think the computer "thinks" the door is open when it's really shut, and vise-versa.  It's going to the other (Kia) dealership this weekend so they can re-paint the mirror they painted the wrong color, and they're going to look at the door and re-set the computer if it needs it.  They're also giving us a loaner until the work is completed... And I'm refusing to pay for any of it since this was all started under the warranty (It should all be covered but if the attitude I got on the phone was any indication it might be a fight... and dammit I'm still fired up about it, so they'll get a fight!)

    Try contacting Kia corporate in writing and explaining the issue with all your documentation if the dealer tries to make you pay.
