So I've been to the doctor more this year that almost the last 10 years combined. Been sucked of blood like from a vampire, and the results of all our testing is in.
Turns out my fears were realized and I have bilaterally blocked tubes, and a unterine polyp.
DH's SA came back at Volume - 1.4, Count 37 mill, Motility 59%, and Morphology 2%. Double
My RE is suggesting we move to preparation for IVF with ICSI. But do you guys think a repeat SA is even worth it? The morph was just so low.
So far Health Ins has covered all the diagnostic testing with us only covering copay. IVF is a bit scary for me. DH and I discussed that if that was the only option they gave us that we might just give up here and adopt. I'm just trying to process the fact that my own baby might not be for me. And I sort of want to stop thinking about babies at all for a bit.
Anyone else have a similar diagnosis? What has your experience been?

PCOS (anovulatory and amenorrhea) and hypothyroid.
Currently taking Metformin 1500 MG and Synthroid.
Prior HSG and DH SAs were clear.
Feb 2013 - Switched clinics/RE and starting from the beginning again with some modifications.
Current status: CD 3 appointment showed lining was too thick (11.5 mm). Endometrial biopsy scheduled for CD 11. Next steps will be based on results.

With his MFI, I wouldn't say IUI is totally out. But because of your blocked tubes it is. If you want to be set more at ease - ask your RE for another consult and that you want to see the X ray and discuss the tubal blockage more. OR
