And got it! It's not a short sale so this one is reality. Yikes! I am having some mixed feelings about giving up the short sale house because it was bigger and less expensive. But, obviously it needed more work. Anyway, I am glad we aren't in limbo anymore. We have an actual closing date, etc.
We will be tearing down the partial wall between the kitchen and dining room and the kitchen will be replaced.
