Shampoo/Wash recommendations

My son has eczema that can get pretty bad. When I got into babies r us I dont find anything that states its for eczema we have used aquaphor but even that doesn't really help clearing it up. I am about to stock up on baby wash again and would love suggestions.

My 7 month old nephew has very bad eczema and my sister has been giving him daily baths in baby oil. She said it has worked wonders to restore his skin.

Our guy has it too. Doctor recommended Cetaphil. They've got a new lotion and wash that's supposed to be better for babies than the regular stuff. We've just used the lotion and it cleared him up in about a day.

How in the heck can you only bathe your baby every 3-4 days or more with soap? That is so gross. How would you feel if you only bathed with soap once a week?

Ok maybe I'm just a little punchy as we've not been up at this hour in my months., unrelated.. But pp seriously?? How is it helpful to question how often the baby needs to be washed?? My lo doesn't sweat often if ever.. Obviously isn't getting dirty fro
