What would you do?

Thought maybe i could get some suggestions. We have unexplained infertility and have one baby from an IUI.. We've tried 5 iui's with injectables this time and nothing. They suggested ivf. We attended an orientation last week and we feel less likely to do it now. Very expensive we are not covered at all..
. Iui's we are covered. But not meds. Would u give up and try on your own or keep doing iui's? I'm so frustrated and i know I'm lucky to have one child but would love a sibling. Just don't know if iui is a waste

    I'd probably keep doing IUIs unless you have the money for IVF. If you have one baby from it, maybe you'll get another! FX for you.

    If it was me, I would save for IVF. If IUIs are inexpensive enough that you can still do them while saving then go for it. Of not, I would try on my own until I had enough saved for IVF. I guess you have to ask yourself if five years from now you will be

    I would probably try at least one more iui and start saving for the ivf.  Based on what you said it sounds like you're leary of going right to the ivf.

    About me  2007: Started TTC. 2008: OB prescribed clomid, went to RE and was Dx with PCOS. 2009: IUI #1 w/follitsim and trigger = BFP. B/G Twins born at 33 weeks. 2012: TTC #3, Round 2 of Letrozole w/TI = BFP, missed m/c at 8 1/2 wks. Currently on the bench as we make plans for a new home. Anxious to start TTC #3 within the next year!

    I would save as well.  Are you doing clomid with your IUIs?  I ask because I have read there is a limit on how many doses you can do and that's been on my own mind.  Good luck with your decision.
