Baby Bag HELP! Sorry I know its probably been covered.

Ok so I hvae my hospital bag ready and waiting but I don't have little man's bag ready yet.  What do I need to take for the baby?  My mom keeps telling me not a lot the hospital will cover a lot for you, that just seems llike I am depending on someone else though.  Like what if they don't have a pacifier or if they run out of diapers or wipes?  Am I being rediculous? Help please!

    Taking your own pacifier if you've already bought one won't hurt anything.  It's small and won't take up any extra space in the diaper bag.  But I highly doubt your hospital is going to run out of diapers...with so many babies born every day

    I have the diaper bag "pre-packed" with the usual supplies just because we are going to be moving and it is easier to put things where they "belong" rather than pack them in another box.  So I have a couple of burp clothes, pacifiers, diaper rash&nbs

    I just packed the following:

    going home outfit, pacifier, one receiving/swaddle blanket, burp cloth, small pack of wipes, diaper cream, and 3 diapers.

    Even though I have diapers and wipes in the bag I plan to use what the hospital gives me

    I packed a hat, two pajamas (0-3 and 3-6), and a blanket to cover him in the car seat.

    I promise you, they have everything you'll need while you're there and they'll send it all home with you too.

    They sent a comb, wash bowl, diaper creams,

    I am also bringing LO's baby book b/c it has a place for feet and hand prints in it.
