First Kicks!

On Sunday, the day before I turned 18 weeks, I got to feel baby's first kicks! I had been feeling fluttering for about 2 weeks prior so I knew to be aware of it. Hubby & I were sitting on the couch sharing a plate of strawberries & about ten minutes later... bam! I felt it so hard just below my belly button that I turned to him, grabbed his hand, and put it on my belly. After a few seconds, he felt it, too. What an awesome moment to share, since this is our first. Now if only this week would fly by so we can find out gender!

    We just found out we are having a BOY on Friday! I have been feeling the "bubbles and flutters" for a week or so. I think i feel them most when I am sitting with my legs up. Its an incredible feeling:) I can wait to feel a real kick...:)
