I am so confused. I have GD. I am on insulin 3 times a day and 4 finger pricks. I eat almost the same thing every day. However, today my fasting number were way over and then my after lunch number was waayyyyyy high. Does anyone else have an off day for no reason? My numbers are usually just so good, I can?t understand it?
