I really can't stand this name. I think cow or dog, as I have known several with this name. Plus, it's long and clunky. And it reminds me of Hee Haw or Petticoat Junction---those old country shows.

I prefer just Anna and I really like it. I don't really like Annabelle but I don't hate it either. I think it works as a nn and I don't think cow.

I don't think cow.
I like it OK-- it's way frilly for my personal taste, so I wouldn't use it. I much prefer Anna as a first name.

someone posted last week / 2 weeks ago about it. varying opinions on how to spell it, but personally I prefer Annabelle (like you have it).
I don't mind it, and I don't think the cow association is overwhelming (not as much as Clarabelle, at least).
I know an Annabel nn Annie. It seems to work fine.

You have the choice of Anna, Belle, Annie as nicknames then. I don't think of the cow at all.
Or Annabella.
