Hello The Bump Community. I have a silly question. Do most people have a baby shower when they are expecting their second child? My son is 7 years old so it has been awhile, but I was just wondering if its common to have a shower for a second birth.
Any input or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

No, most people do not have a second shower.
If someone offers, you may choose to accept it but it should be a very small, intimate gathering, no registry. The guest list should be limited to your nearest and dearest, maybe just your mom/

I think it also depends on your region or community. Since your son is 7, I can see how friends and family might wish to throw you a shower and I think it would be nice for you to get some new baby items if you need them.
