Lots of babies, big ol' car to haul around said babies, big ol' house to live in with said babies, and open a toy store in an old victorian house downtown that also hosted kids birthday parties. DH would also start a business.

Honestly, we would keep enough to make ourselves comfortable and probably make a splurge or two, but most of it we would donate to charity.

DH would buy a new car. We would probably buy a vacation house, save, invest, donations, etc. But I would pay for college for my brother and cousins. My family has 8 kids in or on their way to college shortly and none of them have any kind of fund for it.
