I feel like crap.. My throat is sore. Please don't tell me I have strep. Or anything for that matter!!!

    Probably not. Drink some water, you might just be dehydrated.

    uh oh. good luck! I have been sick with a cold for 12 days now. I think I'm finally on the mend, though, but I'm still coughing.

    I called my OB. My sister was tested for strep although it came back neg. she is still being treated. I drink water like its going out if style. Always have... I'd rather be safe than sorry! Ill be the first to admit.. I'm such a baby when I'm sick. Haha

    Why would you think strep right away? You probably have post nasal drip at night and it's irritating your throat. Drink some hot water with honey and take a throat lozenge.

    Awe. Sorry to hear that. I hope you are not getting anything bad. Try drinking lots of water and resting. Hopefully it is nothing.

    :( I think we need to start a September sickies club. I hope you feel better. Sore throats are common. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and see how you feel tonight. Unless your glands are swollen and so are your tonsils its likely you dont have strep.

    I'm sick too.  I have a horribly sore throat and I'm all congested.  It's just a cold, but it's not helping the nausea.
