Need dress help

in Toddlers: 24 Months+
DD is participating in an event where she needs a white dress with either a hoop skirt or a really full crinoline skirt and pantaloons. Where on earth am I going to find that for a toddler? I plan on taking her to David's bridal try flower girl dresses, but any other suggestions would be welcomed!

    Heading into Easter season I think it should be the easiest time to find something like this. Try major department stores - JC Penney, Macy's, Carson's - they usually have flower girl dresses that are less expensive than bridal shops.
